OUR SERVICES

Cracked Heels / Heel Fissures

Cracked heels are splits in the skin, often caused by dryness, pressure, or thickened skin (calluses). They can lead to pain, infection, and discomfort if untreated. Treatment includes gentle removal of hard skin, moisturizing to restore hydration, and sometimes using heel balms or protective dressings. Regular foot care helps prevent cracked heels, keeping skin smooth and healthy.
OUR SERVICES

Ingrown Toenails

Ingrown nails occur when the nail edge grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain, swelling, and sometimes infection. They are typically caused by improper nail trimming, tight footwear, or injury. Treatment involves carefully trimming the nail, removing the ingrown portion, and sometimes applying antiseptic. In recurring cases, minor surgery may be needed to prevent regrowth. Proper nail care helps prevent ingrown nails.
